You will be emailed an event form to share with us your theme / vision for your event. 

We will reach out to you to make sure we get all the details right. 

Bubble House and Bubble Bounce House

 

What comes with our standard rental?

  • Your standard reservations includes a three-hour rental period. Each additional hour is $50. You will have the option to select more time during the booking process.

  • Bubble attendant to help guests in and out of the bubble.

  • Detailed set up with/ 100+ interior balloons (up to three standard colors), shoe organizer, blower & extension cord. 

  • Free delivery up to 20 miles from Simi Valley (93065).  

  • Please Note: Balloons to decorate the exterior of the your rental are not included in our standard rate. 

Required set-up area

  • Required space: At least 20ft L + 16ft W + 10ft H

  • Surface: Smooth and even surface. We will NOT set-up on dirt, mud, gravel, rocks or uneven surfaces with divots or holes.

  • Location: 

    • Indoor set-up is ideal but will need to have ceiling height of 10.5ft or higher

    • Outdoor set-up MUST be in a shady area.

 

Bounce House, Obstacle Course, Games, etc...  

 

What comes with our standard rental?

  • Standard reservations include 4 hour rental periods.

  • Free delivery up to 10 miles from Simi Valley (93065).

  • Our team will fully set-up the rented items with any add on decorations. 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the start time of your event. 

  • We will pick-up the unit at the end of the rental period. 

  • Pick-up inspection will be conducted prior to removal of the rented items. If there is no damage or missing items, refundable security deposit will be refunded. Please read the terms and conditions for full details. 

Final payment

Remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before your event date. If balance is not paid in full, reserved items may be rented by another party.

Cancelation and Rescheduling

  • Deposit is non-refundable, with the exception of unsafe weather 

  • Security deposit will be refunded after pick-up inspection confirms that the rented items meet the return condition requirements.

  • Unsafe weather: Deposit, security deposit, rental fee and add-ons are refundable if event is canceled due to unsafe weather for bubble house and/or bounce house. 

  • Cancelation: Rental fee, security deposit and add-ons items minus the $200 secdeposit is refundable, if you send a written notification of cancelation at least 7 days before your event date. Non-refundable cancelation balance can be applied to a future event within 1 year from original booking date.

Restrictions: We will not setup near water activities (swimming pool, splashed, waterslide, etc.), fire pits, barbecues, or any kind of open flame. We also do not allow, face paint, confetti, silly string, or items that could damage the our inflatables.
